How We Get the Information and Why We Have It
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Contact made by yourself with High Offley Parish Council.
- Contact made by a third party with High Offley Parish Council in which contact with you is requested.

We use the information that you have given us in order to make contact with you, if necessary.

How We Store Your Information
Your information is securely stored on a password protected cloud server accessed from a password protected laptop computer.
We keep your contact details for a year. We will then dispose your information by deleting it entirely from our systems, if it is no longer necessary to make any further contact with you.
